the update

Haha, so remember when I said that I was going to be doing a 365 photo challenge? Yeah, well that hasn't really been happening. Whoops. And I know that I can come up with a million excuses, but I'm not going to be doing that. Life is life, and it sometimes often doesn't go as we plan it, so that's pretty much what happened with that. But hey, I just realized that I did my 365 challenge for over a week! Haha, awesome. Anyways, I will be posting some more pictures that I took as a part of my 365 project. 
Alright, so since last time I uploaded a blog post (which was apparently in November) a fair bit has happened! Mid December Jeff and I had some finals then after that we headed up to LaCrete to celebrate Christmas there! On our way there we picked up Melinda from the airport in Edmonton, then the 3 of us headed north. It's always super lovely to get out of the city for a while. I really enjoy the peace and quiet of a small town. (However, i enjoy it more when it's not freezing cold!) Christmas was great! Lots of family time and friend time, it was lovely. (I even got to do a shoot with my gorgeous sister-in-laws, Melinda & Diana! Melinda posted some of the pictures of her blog. Heres the link: https://livelovediy.wordpress.com- check them out! Plus, she's got a lovely blog!) End of December we headed back up to Kamloops and had a 2nd Christmas with my family! Unfortunately, Tiff had to go back to Kelowna so we didn't get to see her for Christmas, so that sucked. But we spent New Years Eve hanging out at my parents house playing cards and eating good food. It was a pretty casual evening, but after all the driving and the busyness we had been through it was a very nice break.
So now, school has started back up! Our second semester was suppose to start on the 5th of January, but there was a massive dumping of snow and the university was shut down! So we had a bit of a longer break then we had anticipated. As of now, school has been going pretty good! It's hard to believe that we're almost a month in already! This semester is gonna fly by. Me and Jeff both feel like it's going to be a really busy couple of months. Oh, something that's new for me: I've started doing my practicum! So far it's been going really well! As of right now I'm just shadowing different CEA's (a certified education assistants) but eventually I'll be on my own. It's been a learning process, for sure, but I'm enjoying it!
Other than that I'm not really sure what's new with me! I had written out more, but my silly computer deleted my post so I had to restart- I was pretty upset about it haha but oh well. Until next time!
